Manager IaaS NetSec, Operations

Job description

As Manager IaaS NetSec, Operations , you will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing the network and security infrastructure of a global network in a complex IT and OT environment. The ideal candidate will have sound technical knowledge, excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage a multinational team.

Profile

The Manager IaaS NetSec, Operations duties:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage the activities of the NetSec operations team
• Develop, deploy and improve security operations standard and procedures
• Develop, deploy and improve appropriate communication channels with our customers
• Participate in the respond to network and security incidents
• Lead the development and implementation of operational controls
• Monitor network and security systems for abnormal activities
• Provide technical guidance and consultation to team members
• Ensure optimal collaboration with the DC, Security and Network engineering teams

Professional requirements

• 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar managerial position
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in Computer Science
• Professional experience in IT support and personnel management
• Fortinet, Palo Alto and Cisco certifications or proven knowledge are highly desirable.
• Problem-solving, Leadership and Organizational skills.

The holder of this position have a strong understanding of the following systems or technologies:

• Infrastructure Monitoring solutions (PRTG, ManageEngine, NNMi, etc.)
• ITSM and collaborative platforms
• Network and Security best practices and standards
• IT Equipment LifeCycle Management
• ITIL framework and processes
• Network and Firewall automation platforms
