The ITA is an international organisation constituted as an independent not-for-profit foundation based in Lausanne, Switzerland. It manages anti-doping programs for International sports Federations (IFs), Major Event Organizers (MEOs) and Anti-Doping Organizations (ADOs) that wish to delegate their anti-doping programs to a body that implements high quality anti-doping programs with increased transparency and independence. The ITA operates in full compliance with the World Anti-Doping Code.

The ITA is looking to increase the IT team with a committed and passionate full-time (40 hours per week)

Job description

The organisation relies on complex IT systems and applications for its digital activity. The IT Services Specialist aims to ensure the smooth functioning of the day-to-day IT operations and technological infrastructure across the ITA organisation. This position could be a perfect step-in for an entry-level professional with tech savvy.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure that the general IT infrastructure and services of the organisation are running smoothly.
  • Contribute to the knowledge base for known-IT issues to facilitate proactive problem-solving.
  • Interact with ITA colleagues and partners to offer first through third level support.
  • Support in the development of IT Tools to facilitate the work of the ITA Staff.
  • Ensure ITA’s IT operations during major sport events.

Required skills and experience:

  • Experience with installation and configuration of Windows based PCs.
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Windows, Azure, and Office 365 environments.
  • Knowledge of latest IT developments.
  • Experience with printers and other peripherals is a plus.
  • Fast learner, ability to work with tight deadlines in a highly sensitive IT environment.
  • Very good English written and oral communication skills. French a strong asset, other languages a plus.
  • Collaborative and team player with a high sense of service.
  • Positive mindset with a ‘can do’ attitude and hard working.
  • Ability to travel from time to time as need be (once or twice a year).
  • Swiss residency a great asset.
