Finance Analyst

The role

As a Finance Analyst, you will own a number of day-to-day tasks such as accounts payable, general ledger entries, intercompany invoicing, and processing of payments. To accomplish your job, you will work closely with several stakeholders and EF companies worldwide.

At EF it is important you grow and develop, and as you prove your skills and acquire new ones, you build your career and increase your scope. You will assist the accounting manager during many financial processes and be involved in P&L and BS analysis and budget follow-ups. There will be opportunities to work on individual projects, proving your analytical way of working with others and delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Competence in MS Excel with exposure to advanced formulas and functions is a plus.
  • 1+ years of relevant experience in the field of accounting
  • An analytical mindset in combination with building and maintaining relationships.
  • An energetic personality with a positive attitude.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Solution-oriented, open-minded, and driven.
  • Displays accountability and commitment to team goals.
  • Flexible and able to multitask.
  • Strong communication and social skills, able to work in English (written & verbal) and with all levels of management.
  • Competencies in other languages are considered an advantage.
