Our client, an International Company, is looking for their dynamique HR department for a
 
HR administration Assistant
 
Your role :
  • Handle a large range of HR administrative tasks (beginners, leavers, trainings, work permits & certificates, social security etc.)
  • Be the fist point of contact for all HR administration requests

Your profile :

  • Min. 2-4 years recent experience as a HR admin. Assistant within an international environment is a must
  • Fluency in French& English
  • Good knowledge of Swiss Employment Labor law
  • Able to anticipate & organize, at ease with multi-tasking and changing priorities, team spirit
  • Excellent presentation
