We are looking for our client, an International Company, for a
Payroll Associate
Your role :
- Manage the entire payroll process
- Handle and manage the administrative work of social insurance and pension fund
- Manage HR employee’s information through systems maintenance ensuring continuous data integrity to high standards and accuracy
- Support the core processes with data preparation
- Manage and prepare reports
- Ensure regular update of process flows of the administrative transactions around new hires, transfers and terminations
Your profile :
- 3-4 years of experience in Payroll, C&B experience a plus
- Excellent knowledge of the Swiss labor laws
- At ease using HR management systems and tools
- Fluency in French & English
- Numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal with external and internal customers at all levels
- Flexible and proactive approach

- High level of confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure and establish priorities
