Territory Sales Managers

For over 35 years, Haemonetics has established itself as a global leader in blood management solutions helping plasma fractionators, hospitals and blood collectors to improve clinical care and lower costs by optimizing the collection, processing and use of scarce blood recourses. Through acquisitions, Haemonetics also markets information technology platforms and consulting services to help the blood supply chain and improve blood management practices. At the end of March 2010, Haemonetics reported GAAP net revenues of $645 million, up 8%, and net income of $ 58 million for it fiscal year.

We have immediate openings for our Swiss entity as

Territory Sales Managers

accountable for the development and growth of their own territory accounts.

Incumbents develop and execute comprehensive and strategic sales plans to secure and increase revenue through successful negotiation with key decision makers within the medical profession. They analyze customers' needs by investigating problems and they develop and propose innovative and global solutions for theatre block on clients' sites.

They educate customers on products, concepts, and industry trends to increase product usage and they organize demos, presentations and trials, prepare all relevant documents and materials.

Furthermore, Territory Sales Managers participate in exhibitions, conferences and meetings with key opinion leaders.

Education and Experience Requirements:

·         BS/BA degree in life science or eventually vocational nursing education;

·         2-5 years proven selling experience in medical devices with the ability to sell complete solutions

·         Experience within theatre block

·         Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and execute sales plan;

·         Aptitude to understand as well as train customers and users;

·         Ability to work independently while remaining a team player; 

·         Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;

·         Solid computer skills in MS-Office, ERP and CRM;

·         Local language (French, Swiss-German, German) and fluent English (written & spoken); Italian would be a plus;
·         Flexibility to travel overnight frequently
Required minimal profile:
  • 2-5 years proven selling experience in medical devices with the ability to sell complete solutions including experience within theatre block
  • Local language (French, Swiss-German, German) and fluent English (written & spoken); Italian a plus
  • BS/BA degree in life science or eventually vocational nursing education
  • Swiss or C / B / G Permit or European EC citizen
