We have immediate openings for our Swiss entity as
Territory Sales Managers
accountable for the development and growth of their own territory accounts.
Incumbents develop and execute comprehensive and strategic sales plans to secure and increase revenue through successful negotiation with key decision makers within the medical profession. They analyze customers' needs by investigating problems and they develop and propose innovative and global solutions for theatre block on clients' sites.
Furthermore, Territory Sales Managers participate in exhibitions, conferences and meetings with key opinion leaders.
Education and Experience Requirements:
· BS/BA degree in life science or eventually vocational nursing education;
· 2-5 years proven selling experience in medical devices with the ability to sell complete solutions
· Experience within theatre block
· Demonstrated ability to manage a territory and execute sales plan;
· Aptitude to understand as well as train customers and users;
· Ability to work independently while remaining a team player;
· Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills;
· Solid computer skills in MS-Office, ERP and CRM;
- 2-5 years proven selling experience in medical devices with the ability to sell complete solutions including experience within theatre block
- Local language (French, Swiss-German, German) and fluent English (written & spoken); Italian a plus
- BS/BA degree in life science or eventually vocational nursing education
- Swiss or C / B / G Permit or European EC citizen
