Mission

To strengthen our .Net/SharePoint team in Geneva, we are seeking a confirmed SharePoint Architect.

You will be working on SharePoint projects’ development for large international clients in an innovative and dynamic team. You will be asked to provide design recommendations on application architecture based on the IT standards and best practices, evaluate and make recommendations for 3rd party product integration, recommend implementation methodologies and mentor junior designers and developers. Able to work in parallel on several projects, you search out creative solutions to meet our clients business expectations a.

Essential requirements

• Min 3 years of hands-on experience in a similar .Net/SharePoint      Architect role Strong      understanding of IT solution design methodology, full software development      lifecycle, quality assurance and product delivery concepts
• Min 5 years of experience on .Net development      (2.0 to 3.5)
• Proven experience on large and complex projects      integrating various tools and technologies.
• Good experience on SQL Server 2005/2008
• High level of interpersonal skills, ability to coach a project team      & external consultants
• Service and results oriented
• Client facing skills and good facilitation skills
• Ability to manage stressful situation
• Good presentation and excellent communication      skills

Desirable requirements

• You already have experience on SharePoint 2010
• Microsoft Certified (MCP…)
• Experience working with offshore development team      and international / multicultural environment
• Previous Consulting experience

Education and Languages 

• University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• Pragmatic thinker with analytic approach
• Team player and autonomous
• Perfect oral and written French and English
