For a well known bank with an international network which offers a stimulating and dynamic work environment, we are seeking for its Geneva offices a

 

Due Diligence Officer


The department is responsible to identify and prevent general compliance and reputation risks, assist in implementation of necessary controls and supervision; provide direct support to the business

 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Approval of account openings
  • Review of unusual transactions and accounts structure
  • Provide support and advice to the Client Relationship Officers and their teams in due diligence work related matters

Skills and experience:

  • University degree
  • Banking experience in Switzerland as well as market experience of 3 - 5 years
  • Very good understanding of the regulatory, reputation and legal standards
  • Knowledge of the Middle East markets
  • Fluency in French and English; good knowledge in German an asset
  • Strong organization skills
