Test Manager

 For our office in Geneva, we are looking for a:

Test Manager

In this role, the primary responsibilities will include:

Your role :

• Manage testing projects with focus on testing in international environments
• Develop appropriate test strategies for clients
• Define testing organizations (structure, roles and responsibilities)
• Implement testing methodologies and associated test management tools
• Coach and train client in testing approach and best practices
• Advising client on organization and processes for Automated Testing, Performance Testing
• Provide leadership and coaching for testing team
• Manage client relationship and facilitate downstream opportunities
• Contribution to corporate knowledge management

Your skills :

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience, 3 of which in leadership position
• Expertise in testing methodologies and leadership of testing phases
• Implementation of test tools and understanding of best practices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• French madatory, English a plus
• Prior experience in consulting a plus
• ITSQB or other Testing certifications
