We are currently recruiting for one of our clients, an international company based in Bienne/Biel area (15 minutes) , a

Quality Engineer

 
Responsabilities:
  • To develop, evaluate, understand and improve procedures and processes that ensure the highest quality products and to provide the management team with the proper technical guidance
  • Participate in maintaining a healthy environment and facilitate communication
  • Develops new techniques and approaches to improve quality of the products
  • Applies engineering concepts and experiences to resolve problems
  • Gathers and maintains the data bases (quality metrics)
  • Develops effective quality control plans to ensure compliance to drawings

Required Professional Background: 

  • Engineer degree or similar education
  • 3-5 years experience in a similar position and preferably in an international medical company
  • Good knowledge of ISO 13485
  • Knowledge of the regulation in medical devices
  • IT skills with also statistical process controls
  • Ability to speack French & English
  • Efficient communication
  • Customer oriented with capacity to deal with customer
  • Decision making, details oriented
  • Strong organizational
