Packaging Project Leader in Zuchwil

(Fixed-Term -until December 2025)

We are currently seeking an exceptional Packaging Project Leader to join our world-class Packaging Development team at Johnson & Johnson in Zuchwil, Switzerland. This is a unique opportunity to lead and contribute to the development and implementation of packaging projects for our innovative products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of packaging projects, ensuring flawless implementation and on-time delivery.


• Collaborate closely with diverse teams to determine project scope, objectives, and requirements.


• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to successfully implement packaging solutions.


• Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential project risks.


• Oversee the creation and maintenance of project documentation, including project plans, design specifications, and regulatory requirements.


• Collaborate with both internal and external parties to ensure smooth communication and alignment at every stage of project development.


• Continuously monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary adjustments.


• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to project team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
