Our customer, a company active in the mechanical industry, specialises in developing innovative solutions for metal processing. In order to expand its R&D department, our customer has given us the mandate to find a

Your mission :
Within the R&D department, you will lead the technical phase of the product development project, from the customer requirements stage through validation, taking into account cost effectiveness and manufacturing processes. You will also be in charge of the product development report and development planning. You will initiate proactive projects according to customer needs and will be required to use new technology for thermal spraying. You will be required to communicate with other company departments such as Marketing or Manufacturing.

For this position we need a person with a master’s degree in industry and with three years experience in the R&D department (specialised in thermal spraying) or in HVOF. Pragmatic and results-oriented, you are a good team player and have experience in project management. Self-disciplined and autonomous, you are comfortable communicating with people from others departments. Due to the international structure of our customer, it is essential to be fluent in English.
