EAME Field Crop Short Term Planner is responsible for developing, maintaining and executing the 12 month rolling supply plan for commercial seed for EAME plants in line with long term planning's tactical supply plan and global demand for the business unit.
Further responsibilities are:
• Coordination with Long term planners and EAME Quality manager
• Primary point of contact for the business unit on EAME for all Supply Chain and Sales & Marketing stakeholders
• Understand the specific market requirements and manage the physical flows through the processing plant
• Manage and monitor stock quality within SAP
• Identify and solve short term delivery issues
• Assign batches and volumes to orders, in line with agreed allocation and pro-rates
• Maintain planning data and coordinate all master data updates for materials from received level to end item level, including related quality test plans for EAME
• Execute the regional allocation plan, as decided by the Crop Product Business Manager
• Timely communication of KPI reports and initiation of corrective actions when required
• Contribute to the process of continuous improvement of the planning process, in alignment with the Seeds Business Process Governance Model

| Profil:
|
• Bachelor degree
• MRPII or APICs qualification
• Knowledge in multiple SAP functions, including production planning, inventory management, quality management and interplant transfers
• Demonstrated understanding of ERP systems
• Computer literate - data management systems and office programs
• Fluent in English
• Several years experience in planning
