For one of our clients, a leading luxury goods company, we are currently looking for an

E-Commerce Manager

Description du poste :
The succesfful candidate will be responsible for planning, execution and analysis for all online marketing programs designed to maximize sales by increasing traffic, improving click-to-buy conversion rates and will include performing site merchandising, catalogue management and product promotions.

This person will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to develop these world class e-commerce sites and deliver for this business unit.

Essential Functions:

- Oversee day-to-day e-commerce sales efforts and/or brand marketing initiatives by effectively managing the front-end website experience, landing pages, content, product placement and overall merchandising mix.
- Develop and manage e-commerce store production schedules and product promotions by working in partnership with sales, marketing, product, operations and creative teams.
- Own the master production calendar with project plans and schedules for site content delivery, merchandising programs, pricing and promotions and effectively execute each.
- Develop, implement and oversee remarketing initiatives.
- Online merchandising strategies and segments that drive improvements in sales conversion, translating to increases in customer retention-
- Track and evaluate site user behaviour; make recommendations to improve user brand experience
- Work with Director to drive implementation and optimization of marketing programs to increase traffic, loyalty and overall sales including, but not limited to, social media, mobile and other targeted mediums.
- Write creative briefs and interact with internal resources for creation of marketing assets including banner ads, promos, email blasts, landing pages, etc.
- Regularly review merchandising activities with sales, operations and customer service teams to ensure all key stakeholders and business units can plan and/or adjust their functional needs accordingly, as well as to gather consumer feedback and enhancement requests.
- Maintain optimal site usability for the user experience by analyzing onsite behavioural analytics and conversion data in order to effectively optimize site promotions, messaging, and other key indicators that enhance ROI.
- Communicates effectively with all stakeholders; anticipates and resolves issues regarding schedules and deliverables.
- Assist in the development of the overall marketing plans.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor Web sites.
- Identify opportunities for new marketing tactics, technologies, site-conversion functionality and improved user experiences.

Profil recherché :


Education and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field required.
- Proven success in building web ecommerce sites and overall web experiences and increasing web traffic.
- 5 years experience in e-commerce and digital marketing for consumer facing brands/websites.
- Strong strategic analysis and strategy development skills, including data-driven market, competitive and customer needs analysis.
- Solid understanding of current and emerging marketing and media technologies and social trends that can drive and support e-commerce and digital marketing efforts.
- Experience managing robust loyalty and CRM programs.
- Proven track record of managing and exceeding sales targets on a consistent basis.
- Expertise in analyzing ecommerce-related business metrics. (Google analytics, SEO etc).
