Linalis is recruiting! In the context of strong growth and in order to augment our Business Intelligence team and build on our success, we are seeking to hire a :

Pentaho Consultant

Position ideally based in Paris, but remote working considered.

Profile:

Bachelors in Engineering or Equivalent

Excellent communication skills

At least 6 years of experience in a consulting role in the Business Intelligence space

Technical skills :

Strong fundamentals in ETL concepts

Strong in database concepts 

Working knowledge of Pentaho Business Intelligence Platform, including PDI, Data Analyzer and Report Studio

Working experience on ETL tools with experience on Pentaho Kettle/ Pentaho Data Integration.

Should have prior experience in data modeling , data mapping , data conversion / migration

Working experience using Pentaho features like, Reporting, Analysis, Dashboards

Proven experience in create, edit, update, and publish OLAP schema definitions

Experience in portal integration, metadata management, integration of security

Nice to have:

Experience in architecting and designing data warehouses

Strong expertise on Data Modeling and Data Analysis 

Knowledge in integrated report bursting

Knowledge in role based security and mapping users with user groups

Experience in administration and configuring / maintenance of multiple Pentaho Environments

Knowledge of other BI products such as Jaspersoft, Birt/Actuate, Talend, Spago, BO, Cognos etc.
