For this position you must be an apprentice graduate from Switzerland.In this position you will be part of the Local Applications team and report to the Country IS Service Manager Applications. You will belong to the division MO and your work location will be Baden-Dättwil.

Your responsibilities

• Building and delivering specific IS solutions/services and ensuring that the IS solutions/services provide the required functionality, meet the expectations of business and are reliable, maintainable, compliant, and auditable
• Providing consultation, input, and resolution for incidents, changes, or projects which have impact on the relevant IS solutions/services
• Collaboration with users and other stakeholders to maintain, develop, and deploy the best feasible and most cost-efficient IS solutions/services for the business

Your background

• Completed apprenticeship as IS application developer (“EFZ Informatik, Applikationsentwicklung”)
• Sound knowledge of and hands-on experience in .NET entity framework / Blazor as our main technology for application development, IS application support services, and the ABB IS landscape
• Knowledge of Python would be a plus
• Experience with creation of advanced AI solutions would be a plus
• High motivation and engagement to process a career at ABB
• Good command of German and English (spoken and written)
