We Elevate... Your Responsibilities
You create value by actively supporting one of our top senior Executives in handling their daily agenda, travel requests and priorities. As the central point of contact, you provide help with keeping communication flowing amongst their teams and with managing requests from internal and external stakeholders.
Main tasks include:
Management of email box and agenda, prioritization of requests, and finding creative solutions for day-to-day challenges to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements
Organization of business trips, business events, workshops as well as internal and external meetings, timely preparation, and coordinating of agenda and related documents
Liaison with management team members of the regional and local organizations, as well as their respective assistants, staff, suppliers, and clients
Various administrative and organizational tasks combined with general back-office duties (expense report, invoice checking, keeping distribution lists up-to-date, simple Intranet posts, as well as preparing memos, briefs, presentations, and correspondence
Support with global personnel announcement process

Further requirements may include:
Diploma as Executive Assistant or Degree in Business Administration
Experience in assisting C level suite at a global environment
High degree of professionalism in managing sensitive information, of customer service and a can-do attitude
Solid knowledge of MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
Exceptional English and German language skills
