The Opportunity
You will be joining a diverse team of passionate marketers who translate business strategies into customer-centric, integrated marketing programs that drive commercial impact across Roche Diagnostics. You will lead squads in the development, execution and measurement of cross-Dia prioritized integrated marketing initiatives. To be effective, you will partner with key stakeholders across all Customer Areas, Marketing & Customer Insights (M&CI), functions and affiliates to deliver marketing assets that engage customers throughout their buying journey. With a focus on Infectious Diseases, you will play a key role in shaping the disease area narrative and orchestrating an omnichannel approach to drive results through the sales funnel.
Key Responsibilities
You will lead strategy development, planning, and delivery of the Infectious Diseases Gold initiative
You will translate complex business strategies into measurable, customer-focused integrated marketing programs through squads
You will create promotional strategy for Gold and Silver prioritized marketing initiatives and coordinates execution through the customer journey
You will provide strategic marketing leadership aligned with the integrated marketing plan
You will collaborate with stakeholders to develop omnichannel marketing approaches and establish standard marketing practices
Who you are
Required Qualifications & Experience
You hold a University degree in Marketing/Business and/or Sciences
You have 10+ years of relevant work experience in marketing or product management
You have depth of knowledge across Roche Diagnostics Infectious Diseases portfolio
You have experience supporting multiple product portfolios across Roche
You have experience in executing large scale cross-Customer Area initiatives
You have strong leadership, communication, persuasion, and project management skills
Preferred Experience
You hold a Master’s Degree in Business (MBA)
You have experience in medical device or diagnostics industry preferred
