Your mission

Among VTX management team, the head of finance team has a key role in ensuring proper accounting reporting, tax reporting, and business reporting.
- He will be a key partner of the Chief Operations Officer, the Chief Commercial Officer and the head of Marketing. The role will report to VTX CEO.
- He will be an inspiring leader of the finance team spread.
Tasks and responsabilities
Reporting
- Ensure a correct reporting of financial figures of the Group (including B/S, P/L) on a monthly basis to the shareholders. Ensure quality of data by review and answer shareholders requests.
- Prepare the quarterly reporting to the board of directors. Including the preparation of the consolidated financial statements
- Prepare the Consolidation and reporting file and the yearly Financial statements based on Swiss Gaap RPC (French Gaap knowledge is a plus) on Opera from Amelkis software.
- Coordinate the audit within the Group
- Ensure proper accounting of change of Group perimeter (M&A, mergers).
- Maintain a Group data room
Accounting and tax
- Review / Prepare the statutory FS for the Swiss legal entities.
- Lead the tax compliance process of the Swiss legal entities.
- Supervise tax audit and negotiate with tax administration if needed.
- Lead the legal compliance process for the Swiss legal entities (trade register update, preparation of the annual shareholder meetings, and verification of the compliance to the CO & trade register in CH).
- Identify any possible optimization of the taxes, set up the project and coordinate / implement them with advisors. Negotiate tax rulings as needed.
- Manage an account receivable department to improve the cash collection from the clients with a change of process (change of collector company, change of reminders process, solvency check implementation, etc.)
- Implement the new cash management software (Kyriba).
- Improve the financial internal control and lead the documentation of the processes.
Controlling
- Lead the controlling/FP&A function to provide the management sufficient analysis to drive and monitor progress on various initiatives
- Improve the accuracy of the reporting and the business analysis prepared.
- Review and finalize the monthly MD&A reported to the shareholders.
- Lead the budget/FC processes (prepare the budget templates and the models used, review the Group P&L, B/S and C/F, prepare the budget deck for the board).
- Support the Bl deployment (invoicing/ finance) - quality data management
Education/Experience
- Minimum 6 years’ experience in accounting and financial management practices
- Working experience with an audit firm is a plus
- Experience in the field of telecommunications a plus
- Experience in management
Qualifications/skills
IT/Office

Advanced computer software skills including Excel and experience with financial management software is expected
- Opera from Amelkis (Consolidation software)
- Kyriba (treasury software)
- Sage X3 (accounting, purchase)
Language
- Excellent command of both spoken and written French & English, German is a plus
