Contract length : 1 year, renewable 2 x 2 years, maximum 5 years

Activity rate : 80%

Workplace : Lausanne-Dorigny

Gross annual salary : CHF 82'664.- on a 100% activity rate basis, increasing each year according to the salary scale.

Your responsibilities

The position is under the responsability of the professor Nicolas Margas. The incumbent is expected to develop work on education through sport.

At least 50% of the activity rate will be devoted to personnal research work (promotion of the thesis, publications, contributions to conferences, setting up projects, etc.).

A maximum of 50% of the activity rate will be devoted to supporting teaching tasks, in particular in educational research methods and epistemology and supervision of Master's theses, and to participating in and organizing the scientific activities within the sports teaching orientation.

Your qualifications

We are looking to hire a person with the following profile :

• PhD in Sport Sciences, Psychology or Educational Sciences, or equivalent field


• Research in the field of education. A proven interest in socialization through sport, sustainability education (health, environment, inclusion...) and affective sciences would be an asset


• Very good skills in educational research methodology, particularly quantitative, with an openness to the development of research using mixed methods


• Fluency in French is compulsory, as well as good oral and written capacities in English


• One year experience outside of UNIL (for candidates who have obtained theirPhD at UNIL)
