Responsibilities:

• Be the first point of contact related to operational matters on securities, funds, corporate actions, transfers.

• Contact with front office employees in relation to questions/issues raised and providing an answer/resolution within SLA.

• Contact with custodians and internal departments as necessary to receive desired information/decision.

• Use the internal procedures to pass on the different requests to the relevant teams

Profile:

• At least 5 years of experience, in a Private Bank in Switzerland, in the field of Corporate Actions, Funds Ops, Transfer team, Settlement team...

• Fluent in French and English

• Good communication skills
