RESPONSIBILITIES

Retail

Management and analysis of the inventories of the European shops, monitoring of the partnership with our service providers
Analysis of delivery discrepancies of the European shops
Creation, update, and animation of retail and omnichannel procedures
Animation of the Vilebrequin Academy training platform
Various tasks related to the Retail activity (user correction, sales, stock movements)

Digital / Omnichannel sales

Digital Backoffice

Marketplace (Ex: Amazon): Monthly invoicing and analysis
Digital: reconciliation of international shipments
VAT reconciliation
Maintenance of the E-Commerce software (management of certain content and projects in Salesforce Commerce Cloud)
Animation of the retail shop locator (Yext)
Level 2 follow-up of Customer Service cases in the absence of the person in charge of the subject (in Salesforce Service Cloud)

SKILLS

Proven experience in retail
Reliable, punctual, able to synthesize and manage stress well
A strong work ethic and proven ability to be proactive and take initiative within Retail
An understanding and genuine ability to deliver excellent Customer Service using own initiative in a constructive and timely manner
Demonstrates strong interpersonal and team working skills, able to communicate successfully with a wide variety of people at all levels
Possesses excellent time management and organizational skills, able to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience of successfully using retail stock management systems and e-commerce platforms
Fluent English required (C1 level) intermediate French (B1 level)
Knowledge of Salesforce and Cegid applications would be an asset
