Group Controller 80-100%

In this exciting and challenging role as Group Controller, you act as a sparring partner for the CFO of the Boschung Group and coordinate controlling activities of all Boschung companies worldwide. In addition, you are responsible for controlling processes and cost accounting of the Swiss entities.

Your tasks

In your role as process owner for group-wide controlling, you are having the following responsibilities:

Coordination and consolidation of short and mid-term budget for all group companies
Preparation of consolidated monthly reporting for all business units
Ensuring the financial and fiscal value flow within the group
Active participation in projects in the area of finance/controlling

In addition, you are operationally responsible for the controlling activities as well as for cost accounting of the Swiss entities, in particular:

Ensuring monthly reporting as well as preparation and monitoring of short- and mid- term budgets
Ad-hoc analysis in the area of finance/controlling
Carrying out of monthly closing activities in the area of cost accounting

Your profile

Business degree (university / university of applied sciences), diploma as Chartered Expert in Financial and Managerial Accounting and Reporting an asset
Of German or French mother tongue with proven record in the other language, good English skills required
Several years of professional experience in the area of controlling / cost accounting in an industrial environment
Innovative and dynamic personality paired with a reliable, independent and proactive way of working
Good SAP (S/4 HANA as an asset) and Excel knowledge
