The Swiss Datacenter Efficiency Association (SDEA), founded in 2020, is a non-profit organization that offers certification for efficiency and emissions in datacenters. With metrics and ratings that award the best in class in datacenter technologies, the SDEA label promotes sustainability for global digital services laying the backbone of a digital economy. This initiative is supported by the Swiss Federal Office of Energy through SwissEnergy.SDEA is looking for a part-time (> a 50% rate) administrative assistant available immediately to help support the SDEA executive board in promoting the label in the Swiss market and abroad.

SDEA is an alliance of industrial and academic organizations including Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE), EcoCloud at EPFL, Green IT Switzerland, the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HSLU), the Swiss Data Center Association (SDCA), and the Swiss Telecommunications Association (asut).

Executive Board Assistant

Role and tasks description:

- Weekly management of several e-mail boxes
- Weekly coordination of team and external meetings (incl. scheduling, meeting agenda and minutes)
- Weekly coordination and follow-up of projects (sales leads, product development...)
- Support in creating and editing internal documents
- Support in updating the website and social media accounts
- Occasional preparation of social media posts and e-mail newsletters
- Start-up atmosphere
- This position is home-office/cloud-team based

Competencies expected:

- Strong organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Can-do attitude
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point)
- Experience using Microsoft Teams is a plus
- English must be fluent, French or German are a plus
