To be discouraged, my biggest mistake on the way.

What works well?

I couldn't find out despite a year in the company. Apart from a good salary and a good 2nd pillar, there was nothing to motivate an employee to stay. No human atmosphere, lots of cronyism. It's a shame.

What could be improved?

Management style -> dictatorship, very cold, lunatic leaders, very disappointing compared to the image they give to the outside world...
