Bad atmosphere and employer management

What works well?

Few things work well. You don't feel confident in that.

What could be improved?

I worked as an Occupational Therapist. It's been hell with the staff and management. I got fired for being pregnant. No humanity. They treated me badly and humiliated me to the point of despair. I sincerely advise against this instigation.
