As long as you don't submit to the manager, as long as you don't say yes to everything she asks, you'll never get a promotion! A lot of favoritism and cronyism. Stupid management! Inequality of treatment between employees, particularly in terms of salary or promotion to a new position.

Very nice working atmosphere, good team work, great offices, 25 vacation days per year as a minimum, no overtime lost
