What could be improved?
I was working as a cook for two seasons on a fixed-term contract. Maybe the fact that they don't hire on a permanent basis and the salary is a little low. (unless a bad information had been given to me or modified since)

I don't know, but the recruitment process leaves a lot to be desired, with interview questions dating back to the 90s. Totally out of context.
What could be improved?
Change your vision of the restaurant business, by offering an attractive working environment in line with your functions. You can't run a restaurant like a real-estate development.
