What works well?
Everyone can contribute ideas or initiate a project, even a large one. The other day, a colleague came up with the idea of creating a new branch in the city where he lives as a "hub". The idea was approved and the project is underway!
What could be improved?
The company manages super-interesting projects in a multitude of fields. We work on local and international projects with colleagues all over Switzerland and in several European countries. The working atmosphere is excellent.
