La Brioche Orvin SA is a traditional artisan bakery, pastry shop, and chocolaterie located in Orvin (BE). Founded in 2013 by Manuel and Silvia Rytz, the company employs around twenty passionate team members, including bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and sales staff. All our products – a variety of breads, pastries, viennoiseries, chocolates, and confections – are handcrafted daily on-site in our workshop next to the shop and tea room. We are fully committed to using local ingredients: 100% Bernese flour from the Burgholz mill, fresh eggs, milk, regional cheeses, artisanal jams, and local beers. Our philosophy is rooted in quality, authenticity, and craftsmanship – offering both traditional and creative recipes, combined with a warm and rustic atmosphere in our welcoming tea room. We are looking for skilled and motivated individuals (bakers, pastry chefs, chocolatiers, and shop assistants) to join our growing team and contribute to the ongoing success of our artisanal business.
