Great engineers, but terrible management
What works well?
Good salaries, more competitive than other companies in the region.
What could be improved?
They should listen and learn from how things are done elsewhere in Viasat. Currently they are doing things like a startup, but trying to apply "big company" mindset on top of it. It's not working.
