La Rouvraie est une institution sans but lucratif qui a été fondée en 1880 par Carl Russ-Suchard (1838-1925), grand industriel, novateur et homme de coeur.
Pour la petite histoire: ce fut l’inventeur en 1901 du célèbre chocolat Milka.
La Rouvraie fait partie du patrimoine neuchâtelois...
