After many years of consulting, and more specifically in the healthcare field (pharmaceutical industry, biotechnology and medical devices), we developed a true passion for this area.

The highly challenging normative environment, the technological and scientific advances as well as the human dimension particularly seduced us and teased our engineering curiosity.

Based on our experience, we decided to focus our activities in the healthcare field exclusively, in order to perfectly match our client’s expectations and offer coherent opportunities to our teams.

Because the healthcare area requires a specific and totally dedicated expertise, our talents have to be among the best. This seek of excellence is necessary in this field and is obviously an inherent part of our promises. Our will is not only to be a true specialised partner for our clients, but also for the demanding consultants who join the Altogen tribe.

Our philosophy

1) Integration (Internal involvement) : Our teams are involved and responsible for the life of the compagny. Each collaborator as a link in the chain of our success. Thus we would like to ensure ideal relationships between all of our collaborators. Each consultant relies on an attentive manager who takes care of its good integration and evolution within the tribe.
2) Evolution (Path within the tribe) : One of Altogens commitment is to define an evolution path for each consultant right from its arrival, this path being independent of its projects at our clients. All along their carriers, Altogens consultants are supported by the management team to move forward and progress according to their own expectations.
3) Innovation (Innovative starts-up) : Altogen builds partnerships with innovative starts-up evolving in the medical area, wich guarantees, to each of our partners, the input of both an industrial expertise and a high knowledge of the market.
