The salary, but if the working conditions are catastrophic and the employees are unhappy, then it is useless.
What could be improved?
The work atmosphere has been deteriorating since 2016/2017 (transition) with numerous conflicts between employees and outdated managers. Volume of production very high from year to year without any improvement in relations and recognition towards employees.
