Some very nice and dedicated people that try to get things done.
What could be improved?
Team work: most people work only for their own interest. Human Resources should care more about people and not to be afraid of management. Management should care to remove unhealthy pressure on employees.

What works well?
The HR department took the time to understand the process. The person even gave some advice on how to write the CV. It's a pity that my profile didn't match their expectations. The recruitment period was positive. Good timing, good care. The next one will surely be the right one...
What could be improved?
Maybe have a little more chance to defend his case...
