Micromanagement and no work life balance

What works well?

Many colleagues have become good friends even though there is a high turnover in the company. Most of the team are genuinely friendly and helpful.

What could be improved?

There is so much micromanagement, and favoritism. The company's culture encourages presenteeism and adherence to 'working hard' values, which made it difficult to achieve a healthy work-life balance.
