What works well?
The benefits are exceptional, the salary offered is not the highest, but the work environment is pleasant, the free parking available is a big plus, as is the participation in the health insurance.
What could be improved?
The work is ultra supervised, there is very little autonomy, everything is very (too) structured, the tasks are repetitive and simplistic, very typical of the civil service

The site is slightly out of the center of Lausanne. However, there are public transport solutions (access by bus from the Lausanne train station) and free parking is available.
