Poor work climate and no flexible hours
What works well?
Colleagues who are caring and with whom it is possible to discuss working conditions.
What could be improved?
Difficult working environment with the notaries with a lot of supervision and little trust. No or little recognition for work done. Minimal vacation and leave time. Lots of turnover in staff (especially full time). Break room is in the restroom, outside the office.
