What works well?

Average salary, attractive benefits, restaurants. Relatively flexible schedules and tailor-made holidays. Pleasant working environment. Good atmosphere on a macro scale. Significant resources to finance projects.

What could be improved?

Archaic vertical management, one-way dialogue with the hierarchy. The achievement of missions is polluted by time-consuming and sterile policies. Obsolete and totally outdated industrial organization. No openness, no mind, no modern methods. Possibility of a very limited career. No parking spaces.

Company to be connected, I did a mission in the HAB division I liked my experience in the HAB division a small workshop of restoration, interesting and varied work that requires reaction, congratulations to the person in charge of the workshop.

What could be improved?
