What works well?
Every person in the company and responsible from the janitor to the director. Don't get stuck in one position, think about finishing it all.
What could be improved?
I chose a position in agriculture that I love very much. _I never think about the hours and days I have worked but I think I have made a positive contribution to the business. _I always think about finishing my job from A to Z. _ having a helper: the future of the company is my existence.
