Bigger than just a hotel
What works well?
The hotel makes feel the staff part of something bigger than just a hotel. The town is quite small, so everybody has some personal relationship with other work colleague. That reflects on everyday duties at work with collaboration between colleagues from different departments.
What could be improved?
At the time we used to do a lot of staff gatherings / team work activities, due to medical situation we had to stop. It will be great to start again.

Good working atmosphere and working conditions.
What works well?
Great opportunity to grow within the company. Flexible working hours.
What could be improved?
Being a seasonal hotel, it is not easy to get an opportunity to work there. Therefore it is necessary to anticipate any application.

I work in two hotels at the same time
What works well?
Working here is like working in two different hotels at the same time, winter and summer are so different: the weather, the teams, the guests, everything changes! The hotel has the perfect size, enough to be able to have a proper structure in place, with departments and teams and so on, but not too...
What could be improved?
The cable car linking the hotel to the train station nearby works reduced hours outside of winter season, but I heard it's soon going to change.
