What works well?
There is a real desire to apply a CSR policy and to present ourselves as a model employer.
What could be improved?
Very subjective recruitment process, no objective verification of abilities and lack of follow-up throughout the process. The final selection was made on the basis of cronyism and not skills. After making an offer, it was finally withdrawn... not very professional!
