What works well?
No professional experience because they wasted my time because they forgot that I had to start work and told me to wait but after 30 minutes nobody came because it was a rush.
What could be improved?
They forgot that I was coming for a 2-day course from February 10 to 11, from 11am to 8pm. I was supposed to show up at 10:45, which I did, but nobody knew about it.
