Good conditions/poor management of personnel drift
Working conditions (salary etc).
Collaboration with the sales team, which is separate from the after-sales service and reception. In other branches, there are opportunities for development and training both internally and externally.
The rates applied to staff (repairs, bodywork, purchase)
Unqualified staff, 2 out of 3 receptionists could not speak French correctly. Poor management leading to behavioural drifts. Shouting and insults in the middle of the showroom were a daily occurrence.
