As a "Global Brand Content Manager", you will play a key role in building our first Nespresso in-house Content Studio. This studio was launched in September 23, with the aim of leading our global always-on and mid/lower funnel campaign content creation, sharing and performance tracking. Content built around consumer journeys, with a consumer pull approach, and fully integrated into our annual planning. In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the Content Studio Lead and Content Studio Agency partner to together ensure its success.

A Day in the Life of a Global Brand Content Manager

  • Partner with HQ teams to understand their business needs and priorities and build them into our annual strategic content planning.
  • Identify new opportunities for content creation to drive our brand and business.
  • Work hand in hand with markets to identify content gaps.
  • Lead content creation by developing a good understanding of all Nespresso content available, driving overall efficiencies by championing the most cost-effective approach re-using or repurposing content as well as embracing a digital first approach using new technologies such as generative AI, GCI, virtual sets, etc...
  • Oversee content creation from brief through to delivery to markets.
  • Partner with our content studio team to seek out consumer insights and trends / relevant conversations that we can capitalize on with responsive content.
  • Guide internal teams in writing effective content briefs.
  • Ensure content performance tracking and reporting along the way, identifying the relevant KPIs and collaborating with external partners such as Meta & Google.
  • Plan and manage budget tracking.
  • Contribute to establish the "one team" spirit so important to our content studio ambition.

What will make you successful?

  • Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business Administration.
  • Min. 5 years of professional experience in communications or marketing.
  • Experience of having worked within a brand content studio, within a creative agency, or within a consumer goods organization ideally in high-end/luxury brands.
  • Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills.
  • Natural team player, highly collaborative.
  • Passion for brands and communication.
  • Strong project manager, always looking for further improvement and efficiencies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
