Ensure the day-to-day administration of the employee’s lifecycle (new entry, transfer, termination, changes, international assignments from and to another ING entity) i.e.
Ensure proper communication to employees making best use of multi channels (updating intranet, ad-hoc communications,…)
Train & coach employees & Managers on systems with a view to encourage a “Self-service” model. Answer questions from employees on matters of expertise
Develop and improve HR operational solutions aligned to business visions by discussing with managers, employees and ING Group stakeholders, to understand business needs. Look for potential cost efficiencies.
Manage third party vendors & ensure sustainable relationship with these (review and modify services delivered, ensure performance meets ING standards, review contracts with Procurement and HR Management).
Generate reporting that fit Management and employee needs, using data analytics to support people decisions.
Monitor effectiveness of risk management processes & controls within HR and implement corrective actions if required.
Support HR projects in the area of expertise
University degree in Human Resources, Business administration or Finance
Proven working experience as a HR generalist
Prior experience in HR practices in a multinational environment with a global understanding of the employee lifecycle
French : fluent
Strong quantitative and analytical skills, data orientation.
Autonomy, sense of initiative, hands on attitude
Organization & Planning skills
Good knowledge of Swiss Labour laws and market practices
