We're looking for a seasoned Lead Group Business Analytics with expertise in Microsoft PowerBI and data warehousing to overcome challenges in data flow and unlock actionable insights for impactful decisions. What you will do:


  • Head and shape the Business Analytics initatives and Competence Center, ensuring strategic resource planning and scoping of new BI capabilities.

  • Oversee the delivery process of gathering, analyzing, and modeling key data and performance indicators.

  • Lead solution support and development for Power BI Reports and dashboards, enhancing data accessibility for stakeholders.

  • Champion a data-driven culture within Axpo, promoting data literacy and collaboration.

  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align the organization's data strategy with its business objectives.

  • Develop processes to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across the organization.

  • Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and data analysts to align BI solutions with organizational needs.

What you bring & who you are:


  • Master’s in business administration, economics, technology, or natural sciences.

  • Minimum 5 years in Microsoft Power BI, Cloud BI stack, 10 years in BI delivery, and big data architecture.

  • Exceptional ability to communicate, influence, and negotiate. Capable of managing diverse teams and driving organizational change.

  • Proficiency in digital technologies, project management, and strategic thinking.

  • Open, engaging, agile, and resilient personality with a strong can-do mindset and ability to drive change.

  • Fluent in German and English, Basic Spanish would be a plus
