• You will be responsible for the management and development of a team of engineers responsible for the development of engine control strategies, integration and calibration of the injection system on customer engines.
• You will develop the team's internal and customer interfaces. You will be responsible for the development of engine control strategies for the integration and calibration of the injection system on customer engines.
• You translate the business unit's action plan into clear operational tasks in terms of content and timing for the team.
• You actively participate in the improvement of the development process.
• You are responsible for summarising and communicating the team's results to management.
• You will participate in the development and calibration of control strategies (Diesel and alternative fuels including H2) for the Liebherr injection system.
• You will update the work processes to carry out the development and application of activities to customer projects.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in team management in the field of development and customer applications. Experience in the motor sector is a considerable advantage.
• You have an engineering background in mechanics or electronics
• You are fluent in English (C1). Good knowledge of French or German completes your profile
• You are familiar with Matlab, Inca and Ms Office software
• You stand out for your willingness to build a team and to participate in the energy transition from diesel to hydrogen. Your innovative approach and excellent organisational skills enable you to structure your ideas and unite your team
