We are actilvely looking for a Senior Talent and Culture Manager - Full time role who will report to the CHRO.

You will be responsible for managing the development and leading the execution of strategic staff engagement, diversity, equity & inclusion and talent management related activities.

Our client is an international company based in Geneva.


  • For Performance, Talent and Succession Planning processes:

  • Act as custodian of the Unified Competency Framework and ensure consistent design, roll-out and incorporation into all HR subject matter processes.
  • Provide deep subject matter expertise and whole of system thinking with respect to process design and delivery of the key organizational business processes of performance and talent management, with particular focus on the effective continuous improvement and embedment of the talent management process in the organization and advocacy of data driven decision making across talent management processes;
  • Ensure a robust fit for purpose process for the identification or critical roles and successors. Create a development strategy for pipeline talent/emerging leaders to systematically close identified development gaps of identified individuals;
  • Oversee the implementation and change management processes in relation to performance and talent activities across the company in close partnership with, direct reports, HR Business Partners and the HR PMO ensuring strong management accountability;
  • Create a company intra and inter Division/Department internal mobility strategy which leverages talent within and across Divisions and Departments and where possible linking with pipeline talent and emerging leavers across the different Divisions/Departments;
  • Prepare reports, statistics/data and communications in the area of responsibility, as appropriate; proceed to root cause analysis and provide robust solutions based on it;
  • Manage key vendor relationships where appropriate;
  • Manage relationship with Staff Council on Performance and Talent processes

  • For Learning & Leadership Development:

  • Reviewtheoutcomesofstrategiclearningneedsassessmentsat an organizationallevel and design effective revisedlearning and developmentstrategy and plan
  • Leadthedevelopment and implementationofLearning and Leadership componentofthePeopleStrategy for thecompanycollaboratingcloselywithstakeholdersacrosstheorganization;
  • Alignprofessionaldevelopmentprograms, activities and options to support theevolving business atthecompany;
  • Manage thedevelopment, and design oflearningprogramsfocused on Management and Leadership capabilitiesdevelopment, with a focus on people management skills;
  • WorkeffectivelywithSMEsfrombothinside and outsidetheorganizationtoensure relevant, highqualityinstructional content and appropriate, innovative, fit-for-purposedelivery formats;
  • Evaluatelearningprogramstoensurethattheyrespondtoprofessionaldevelopmentneedsof staff; Conceptualize and manage thedevelopment, design and implementationof leadership developmentprograms and interventions collaboratingeffectivelywithbothinternal and externalstakeholders;
  • Providecareerdevelopmentguidanceto managers and staff; and Support the planning, budgeting and reporting for staff learning and leadership development.
  • For Staff Engagement, Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:
  • Leadthe Staff Engagement, Culture and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies;
  • Review the outcomes of the annual pulse surveys and propose adjustments to the culture and DE&I plans and strategy to be shared with the DE&I working group and senior leadership
  • In collaboration with other CoE team members, design new or revised frameworks and improvement strategies where engagement levels objectives are not met
  • Responsible for DE&I oversight and is accountable for all DE&I related goals, and reports regularly to senior leadership
  • Support the organization in identifying and leveraging promoters and experts on DE&I
  • Oversight of the wellbeing strategy based on outcomes of the wellbeing surveys and sick leave data, ensuring the organization provides staff with support and services to ensure their wellbeing

Profil du candidat


  • A strong expertise of relevant HR fields based on previous experiences
  • Track record in successfully implementing projects and processes at an organizational level through effective change management; and proven results on improving business performance;
  • Demonstrated grasp of human resources, with special emphasis on business partnering, performance and talent management at a strategic and operational level;
  • Demonstrated success with the management of learning & leadership programs;
  • Demonstrated strategic planning capabilities and ability to successfully operationalize HR programs strategies and collaborate with others through implementation;
  • Understanding of specific staff and line managers challenges;
  • Proven management consulting and process facilitation skills;
  • Excellent training skills;
  • Has worked within and across organizational Divisions/ Departments in a supportive and collaborative manner;
  • Demonstrates confidentiality, integrity and professional judgment and credibility;
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills; professionally assertive with ability to influence without formal authority and
  • Strong diplomatic skills.


  • At least 7 years of experience in Performance and Talent Management, Learning & Leadership Development, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
