Monday to Friday: 1.30 - 5.30 p.m.

Key responsibilities:

  • Telephones, reception
  • Supplier administration
  • Meetings organization and welcoming clients
  • Organization and management of workshops offered to clients in transition (planning, registration, follow-up, confirmations, room set-up)
  • Various administrative support (documents layout, mailings, database updates, queries, etc.)
  • Events organization (invitations, registration, preparation)

Profile:

  • CFC of commercial employee or equivalent
  • Fluent French and English
  • At ease with IT applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, business applications)
  • Experience in Clients administration
  • Effective in managing various tasks
  • Team spirit
